Please read our returns policy and conditions carefully to see if you are eligible to return your purchase for an exchange or store credit.  Styled in a Box’s return policy last 10 days for Australian orders from the date the package was delivered to you.


To be eligible for an exchange or store credit the returned item/s must:

  • Be received within the timeframe specified
  • Be unused
  • Be in the same condition as you received it with all tags and swing tags still attached to the item. Items that have been worn cannot be returned.
  • Cannot have make up, other marks or fake tan
  • Cannot smell of cosmetics, perfume, deodorant, washing powder or other products


The returns form you received in your box must be completed and enclosed with the items you are returning.  This form must be received by Styled in a Box before we can issue a store credit or exchange. 

PLEASE NOTE: Due to our high-volume stock turnover, we unfortunately cannot always offer exchanges if the stock is not available. In this case a store credit will be issued. Exchanges are only available on items of the same value.  

PLEASE NOTE:  Exchanges will only be offered if the size you have chosen is incorrect. Not simply if you have changed your mind.

Please choose carefully, as the customer is responsible for the cost of returns unless the item was faulty.

 Returns which fail to comply with our terms and conditions, will be returned to the purchaser.

We are unable to process returns until your return items have be received and inspected by Styled in a Box.

Styled in a Box does not accept responsibility for items that are lost or damaged by your choice of courier when being returned to us. We recommend you keep a tracking number so you can follow up.


Once Styled in a Box receives your returned items and subject to conditions outlined we will issue a store credit covering the cost of the item returned. Should the item still be available in your size we can exchange. Regrettably, we cannot hold items for exchange while we wait for you item to be returned to us.

Your return request must include your full name, proof of purchase (invoice number), a product description and the reasons for returning the item.  Your returns form is located inside your box.

We do not accept returns on SALE items and due to hygiene reasons, we do accept returns on earrings, bracelets, necklaces, bralettes, swimwear or bodysuits.

 We do not offer returns or exchanges on international orders.


Faulty Returns

All items within each box are inspected prior to being sent to the customer to ensure that we only send items that are of high quality and condition.  If you feel that there is a manufacturing fault or the items are different from the image and description and this is proven then Styled in a Box will refund your money.

Please complete the returns form and explain the fault and post the garment back to us.

Should you wish for us to cover the cost of return postage on a faulty item, please email us an image of the fault and a return postage slip will be sent to you. We can only offer this to customers who request a slip prior to returning the faulty items.

All return policies issued by Styled in a Box abide by the Australia Consumer Law.
